Now Hiring - Manufacturing Sales and Coating Engineer in El Paso, TX

The Sales & Coating Engineer will design and develop optical lens coatings and prepare sales quotes for optics. This position will also be responsible for:

• Turning customer requirements or specifications into technical drawings
• Communicate with Vendors to develop costing
• Prepare and send Sales Quotations for optical lenses and Sub-Assemblies
• Develop Customer relationships
• Design and create coating designs and troubleshoot coatings
• Maintenance of Coating Chambers

• Candidate must be a US Citizen, a permanent legal resident or a protected individual (refugee status)
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, optics, or related discipline with 1-3 years of experience minimum
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must have a creative approach
• Engineering principles
• Knowledge of Coating Design Software TFCalc or equivalent
• Knowledge of precision optics
• Knowledge of Solidworks 3D Modeling is a plus
